Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and service existing clients. Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, providing exceptional service
- Conduct policy reviews and update existing policies
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain insurance coverage and options

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze information and make recommendations based on findings
- Previous experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or sales administration is beneficial
