America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Near Jackson, MI

The Senior Administrative Assistant - Real Estate position works directly with The Senior Brand Manager to support the primary functions of our Real Estate Sales Division. The position requires strong NetSuite and MS Office, relationship building, and time management skills.
Compensation
  • Hourly pay commensurate with experience
  • This is a full-time position. Hours and work location to be determined.

  • Manages time and other resources to meet established goals within the agreed-upon time frames.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in the acceptance and completion of work assignments.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Follow up with all agents who closed a warranty without submitting a data collection form.
  • Assisting the VP of Real Estate Sales to timely prepare regular PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Assisting the VP of Real Estate Sales and RSDs with various NetSuite search metrics, including but not limited to: ASM current and projected KPI goals, BPA Performance and Projections.
  • Input agents into NetSuite and Real-Pro – Primarily EXP, other brand assistance when needed.
  • Support Real Estate Sales team, monitor Broker Relations Inbox and Recon Inbox, assist with New Cloud/Territory setup and Territory Reassignments.
  • Assist Recon with Call Campaigns using the dialer system, processing of cancellations and payment updates and Welcome Emails Reporting for the…
  • Identify and follow up to correct incorrect Data Collection Forms.
  • Answer warranty questions and requests with the support of the APHW Operations department.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while assisting the Senior Brand Manager with operational efficiency and regular progress toward department goals.
  • Contemporaneously log all sales/communication activity into NetSuite.
  • Organize and file documents as needed and perform other assigned tasks as requested.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrate professional interpersonal communication through all means of communication.
  • Ability to be flexible during company growth.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in public speaking to small & large groups.
  • Strong background in MS Office Suite Especially PPT and Excel willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience using Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience in real estate field and/or related industry a plus.
