The role: The North American Alliance & Channels Lead is accountable and responsible for implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies. In this role you will be responsible for building long term, strategic relationships with a set of named and vertical business alliance partners. This individual will need to create deep collaboration and partnerships with key internal partners (e.g., product, sales, and marketing) to deliver revenue through co-selling motions. This role and team are charted to drive strategic growth and implement programs to support the our growth targets, while creating an elevated partner and customer experience when engage with Oracle. There is a mandatory requirement that the candidate has direct and relevant A&C experience. Key Activities Include: Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with North American based Partners to find opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and manage relationships with global counterparts to demonstrate corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partner business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational partner concern procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Strong ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations of commercial and operational importance. Drive the development of the multi-year partner business plans, including partnership goals, strategic solution offerings and sales/partner GTM plays.
