Job Description
Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Senior Financial Modeling Analyst to join the Finance/Planning team in Louisville, KY.
This position executes Financial Modeling and analytical needs for strategic and urgent decision making, including the ongoing reporting to the Finance Director. Support Finance Director in executing financial strategies, policies, and processes to meet the business goals and objectives defined by the respective boards and RSCS executive management. To be successful in this role, a Sr. Financial Analyst needs to be analytically minded, attentive to details, and able to drive results.
Essential Functions:
The position plays an integral role in the company's long-term strategy, including business planning & multi-year financial forecasts. The role includes managing and executing against key deadlines while maintaining the highest level of reporting accuracy and quality control regarding the following:
•Provide data-driven insights to facilitate decision making and influence strategy with financial model building
and reporting.
•Problem solve key business questions, design analysis to show financial implication, and build related
financial scenario analysis.
•Develop ad-hoc analyses and support deep dives into strategic issues to improve collective understanding of
risks and opportunities related to the business.
•Develop insightful presentations to support executive decision making.
•Collaborate with leadership on planning, reporting, and analysis.
•Facilitate deal negotiations with partners through financial analysis.
•Provide analytical support, dashboard reports, business solutions, special program development and ad hoc
project assignments as requested.
•Execute against and meet deadlines.
•Build relationships and work closely with Procurement, Accounting, and other functional teams to enable best in
class support of assigned deliverables.
•Provide robust, thoughtful analyses to RSCS Finance team, RSCS leadership as well as other RSCS functional
areas as requested.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Position Skills/Core Competencies:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
•2 - 3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis (FP&A, corporate finance)
•Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling to build business cases for pursuing new
initiatives or directions.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all audiences, including executives.
•Motivated and disciplined.
•Must work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
•Critical thinker. Results oriented. Strong critical thinking skills
•Able to deal with change, and demonstrate a proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong
organizational skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
•Experience with NetSuite ERP system is highly preferred.
