- This job is a member within the Finance Division that directly supports Commerical division.
- Responsible for managing financial reporting and forecasting for assigned division(s).
- Performance of analysis and due diligence on expense projects, culminating in the presentation of such analysis and recommendation to senior management
- Responsible for developing and managing the operating forecast and budget process, including in-depth cause and effect analysis on such forecasts
- Frequent contact and coordination with individuals from a wide variety of departments
- Performance of various internal and external ad-hoc analyses, and internal consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similarly related field
- 5 years of experience in Finance
- MBA with a concentration in Finance or equivalent experience/training
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills
- Proven financial and analytical skills, including ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., strong skills in Excel
- Skilled in analytics
