Position Summary:As a Quality Technician, you will conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Document audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and training to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to proficiently read measuring equipment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
Experience:
  • Two years of experience as a quality technician in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
