The American Arbitration Association (AAA), the leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services, is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The position will be located in either our Fresno, CA, Johnston, RI, or Dallas, TX office on a hybrid basis (2 days a week on-site). The budgeted annual salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, with 10% incentive opportunity.

The AAA role in the dispute resolution process is to administer cases, from filing to closing.
