**Summary:**

Our Retail Strategy, Senior Business Analyst will own the development of the **3-year Sales and Member Service improvement strategies as well as the implementation of initiatives and programs that support those strategies and annual goals.** Responsibilities include conducting analysis and research using internal data and market data, development of business insights and recommendations and presentation to senior Retail Channel leadership.

**Essential Functions**

* Participates in the development of the divisions 3-Year Strategy and Annual Business Plan and leads the creation and implementation of programs, processes, and tools in alignment with strategies and plans.

* Participates in cross-functional projects with responsibility for specific deliverables and timelines. Tracks and reports on KPIs. Ensures team is informed.

* Performs complex analysis of data and the relationship to operational and financial objectives of the organization.

* Interprets results of analysis, prepares and presents findings to senior leadership

* Collaborates with internal and external partners/ stakeholders to investigate issues, make recommendations, and develops action plans to achieve goals

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**

* Strong knowledge of business strategy and operations to develop innovative yet executable solutions

* Demonstrated experience with project management

* Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to function with high degree of independence

* Strong verbal and business writing communication skills

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including charts/graphs, pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas

* Strong analytical skills to effectively identify issues and drivers

* Experience with business intelligence, reporting and visualization platforms (Tableau, DOMO, Looker, Cognos etc)

**Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification**

* Bachelor's degree in a related area

* 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, retail operations and/or analytics within the consumer service / product or financial service industries

* Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with senior leadership
