As the Director of Social Services, you are delegated the
administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for
carrying out your assigned duties. This position is one member of the 17
Management Team members in our community and is responsible for planning,
organizing, developing and directing the overall social services operation of
our 52 bed Skilled Nursing wing.
Being well versed with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our community
established policies and procedures is a plus as is experience in the long term care field. Identifying and meeting the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents is a primary responsibility. Resident centered care is a primary focus area. Licensed Social Worker or the ability to obtain license preferred.
