We are currently seeking a skilled Indirect Account Manager to work in the Glenwood, MN area. This position would be hybrid with the ability to work in Glenwood 1-2 days a week.
In this role you would be responsible for providing quality and efficient support to our sales associates and assist them with marketing strategies and product sourcing, essential for the growth of their business. Process orders on a daily basis by performing data entry function on purchase orders and sales orders based on program requirements. Provide client resolution and satisfaction. Providing both in-office and remote support.

Education and/or Experience
Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, a minimum of four years’ experience or education in customer service, accounting, or inventory control and two years’ experience as an expanded services coordinator or combination of both. Preferred: Associate degree in business management, or sales and marketing preferred; as well as four or more years’ company or industry experience or an equivalent combination of the two.

Computer Skills
Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, understand computer technology and terms and have experience working with internet-based programs and email.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, purchase orders, vouchers and invoices. Must be able to effectively write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers, fellow employees, management and Sales Associates of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
