Seeking an experienced professional with strong business and financial acumen to join our team as the Director of Sales Compensation. As a senior leader in the organization, this role is responsible for all aspects of sales compensation strategy, design and administration. This role works cross functionally to develop variable compensation plans across multiple roles and levels that will motivate and retain our talented sales team and ensures employees receiving variable compensation are paid accurately and timely, following all relevant compliance guidelines. This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Controller.
With an extensive background in a leadership role in variable compensation, you are comfortable and confident working directly with individual sales representatives, sales leaders, finance, payroll, human resources and others throughout the organization to design and administer the variable compensation process. You have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives to increase the quality and efficiency of the process. You are also proficient at collecting and analyzing large/complex datasets to create reports for monitoring performance and driving business decisions.
