Job Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Proficient in hotel management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
