Role Description:
We are hiring a furniture sale team including a sales manger, two sales person. They are full-time, on-site position in Great Neck, NY, entails spearheading our furniture sales team. The Sales Manager will lead two furniture salespersons—one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. Your responsibilities encompass identifying opportunities, managing, and executing furniture sales, inclusive of business development, revenue generation, and marketing within a reasonable budget. You'll leverage integrated furniture market resources to optimize ROI.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all furniture sales activities within the organization.
Develop and implement effective furniture sales strategies to meet financial objectives.
Execute furniture sales and negotiate with brokers or counterparties.
Stay abreast of market trends and economic indicators for informed decision-making.
Conduct financial analyses to evaluate product performance.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Profound understanding of financial principles and furniture sales practices.
Proficiency in utilizing Bloomberg terminal for market research and analysis.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for risk assessment and portfolio management.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Familiarity with sales management principles and strategies.
Understanding of securities laws and regulations governing trading activities.
Strategic marketing and sales abilities.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
