Join A Winning Team!! American City Pest & Termite has openings for pest control technicians in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. You will be responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying material. Also, following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) guidelines - Identifying pest infestations, then recommending and implementing appropriate solutions. We provide excellent compensation and benefits.

Primary responsibilities:

• Apply materials inside and outside of homes and business to eliminate and control pest infestations.
• Responding in a timely manner to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls calling customers to confirm scheduled services.
• Complete all services in a timely manner.
• Identify and act upon opportunities to sell pest control services.
• Drive company vehicle safely.
• Identify invading pests, including rodents, roaches, fleas, crickets, wasps, ants, spiders, or bed bugs.
• Identify pest entry points and make appropriate recommendations.
• Set mechanical traps and place bait applications as needed.
• Dispose of pests upon inspection of traps.
• Ensure all safety precautions are taken per label instructions and the Structural Pest Control Act.
• Wear all appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Inspect properties and determine treatment plan to eliminate pests and prevent recurrence of infestation.
• At times, work with other technicians as a team to complete assigned work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
