- Filling in for front office staff on a as needed basis
- Helping to manage cash flow by assisting with account receivables
- Handling billing, insurance claims, and financial inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Training new managers and staff in ADC guidelines and policies
- Fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our patients
- A dynamic leader with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in dental office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A passion for healthcare and patient satisfaction
