Requirements

• Must have 10months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3years.
• Clean MVR with no DOT Preventableaccidents in the last 3 years
• Absolutely no SAPdrivers can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcoholtest.
• No Major moving violations in the last 3years. Includes both personal and CMV.
• Notermination from previous jobs
• No DOTRecordable accidents in the last 4 years and cannot have more thanone incident in the last 18 months.
• No morethan 4 jobs in the last 3 years
• No DUI in PMV(never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in alifetime
• No sapdrivers
