**Job Summary**

Do you enjoy introducing technology efficiencies into the business? If so, this role may be for you. As a part of the Data and Automation team within Regulatory, you will identify and promote best practices in the implementation and support of technology in Regulatory. This role is specifically for the development of solutions using business supported technologies including Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerBI), Cognos, Workiva, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

**Job Description**

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Create and support solutions using Microsofts Power Platform, Cognos, Smartsheet, SharePoint or Workiva.

Manage the delivery of changes for IT delivered solutions.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions and use existing applications or new solutions to solve.

Identify and Implement change management practices, ensuring solutions are full leveraged and optimized.

Support users by answering questions and providing training.

Work collaboratively with other teams.

Think critically about requests and the best way to solve issues.

Support and foster a culture of teamwork, respect, open communication, and mutual support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENS:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND 4 years relative field, operations or analytical experience OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND 8 years relative field, operations or analytical experience OR High School diploma or GED AND 10 years relative field, operations or analytical experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Masters degree is preferred.

Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Professional Engineer, or similar certification/licensure is preferred.

Proficiency with spreadsheets is required. Proficient oral and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategy and provide guidance to management and witnesses on case, are required.

Must possess analytical problem solving skills. Required to work mandatory on-call requirements over weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. as necessary to meet regulatory requirements, including filing dates required by the Company or as imposed by an applicable regulatory Commission.

Occasional travel will be required, such as: to attend or testify at hearings, to support witnesses at hearings, to participate in Commission Staff and/or stakeholder meetings/events, to advocate the Companys position in various federal, regional, or state venues, to attend training, etc.

$83,413.00-104,267.50 USD
