Perform the day-to-day cash management on behalf of the client within the American Enterprise Investment Services (AEIS) Brokerage Cashiering and Money Movement Operations organization. Perform the daily cash management analysis, processing of domestic and international payments in various forms, cash forecasting and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory controls. Key Responsibilities Administer and analyze daily cash activity, complete cash flow reconciliations, and cash forecasting for all AEIS bank accounts by monitoring electronic files and business partner requests. Monitor client cash sweeps and AEIS operating accounts for any cash left at the end of day and ensure they are settled or invested as appropriate. Ensure that established compliance procedures and controls are being executed. Review incoming cash transfer and process all outgoing cash transfers to ensure prompt and accurate distribution. Communicate with internal and external business partners on inquiries, issues, and escalated requests. Cross-train for all related cash management and reconciliation functions to serve as an effective backup to the team as needed. Participate in departmental (business continuity process and disaster recovery exercises) as well as project groups as needed. Required Qualifications Education: Associate degree or equivalent (2-years). Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience. *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience. Proven ability to research and resolve issues, with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight time-frames and deadlines, while achieving a high degree of accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to understand and communicate complex issues. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) Financial services industry experience.
