We seek a highly motivated, end-to-end product owner who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Plan It product team. This Senior Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product growth strategy, from ideation to implementation, as well as overall program management to ensure the effective execution of multiple project priorities that will drive business growth.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Setting up the Plan It Growth Strategy vision and delivering a capability roadmap
  • Structuring and delivering analytic insights to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Integrating customer research, product knowledge, and market analysis into actionable product requirements
  • Lead and collaborate with several internal partners, such as New Product Development, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Pricing, Technology etc. 
  • Monitor product and customer feedback to ensure superior customer experience and/or identify areas of opportunity 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record handling complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives and translating business and customer needs into strategic roadmaps
  • Previous experience in structuring and delivering data-based insights
  • Excels in a highly matrixed organization, capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
  • Provides strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog
  • Self-motivated with ability to lead multiple project priorities
  • Deeply inquisitive, enjoys problem solving, has strong attention to detail and a can-do demeanor
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of total experience

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
