The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership crucial by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Digital Demand Generation team, within USCM, is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through Affiliate, Paid Media and our proprietary platforms to drive intent & conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive digital landscape.

The Sr. Analyst will play a meaningful role in developing and implementing the strategy, planning and tracking of Affiliate Marketing – one of the largest channels in offsite digital.

It provides a chance to be at the forefront of digital innovation and growth, working with a strong group of affiliate partners, developing new partnerships, capabilities, and other exciting projects.

The successful candidate will bring an analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Collaborate with key partners to drive flawless execution for strategic affiliate partnerships in the banking space, securing necessary approvals along the way to ensure all messaging is follows company policies.
  • Support the Manager in devising our go to market strategy for emerging banking products within the affiliate landscape.
  • Analyze levers to influence affiliates including pricing, positioning, and merchandising.
  • Track performance for each vertical, calling out insights and optimization opportunities and assisting with the performance forecasting process.
  • Support two external agency relationships, and partner with various internal teams including Product, Analytics, and EDDS
  • Handling our Marketing investment and in designing and documenting our Compliance processes
  • Flexibility to balance multiple priorities and to prioritize as circumstances change

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience – digital marketing and/or partnership experience preferred!
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with internal & external partners, exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with ability to tell a story using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to understand data and develop insights and recommendations from it
  • Strong teammate with a positive attitude
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for challenging the status quo
  • Energetic, positive, flexible, self-motivated and proactive

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
