Role Description:

American Factory Direct Furniture is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, support ecommerce sales, and increase store traffic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a family-owned business dedicated to providing top-quality on trend home furnishings at affordable prices.

Duties:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website and retail stores.
• Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertisements including captions, posts, ads, texts, reels, and blogs.
• Facilitate ecommerce sales to completion.
• Monitor and report website traffic and performance metrics.
• Build consumer interest of online generated leads and distribute warm leads to in store sales consultants for conversion.
• Create and preserve brand reputation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Illustrate highly creative abilities focused on trending, inspiring visual content, photo staging, and/or interior design.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and implementing digital campaigns that engage and inform prospective customers.
• Digitally and technologically savvy.
• Familiarity of website coding and webpage design (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
• Proficient in visual content creation software.
• Exemplify knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge of applicable legal advertising and promotional regulations as well as social media platform guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong copywriting skills.
• Analyze data.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficient in company software operation, maintenance, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships.
• Possess working knowledge of all employee handbook procedures, policies, and systems.
