ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Policy Sales: Present insurance options to clients, address inquiries, and facilitate policy purchases.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address policy changes, and assist with claims processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demographics to tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction with our services.
Marketing: NO COLD CALLS.
RequirementsExperience: Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance or a related field, is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships.
