About Us: Join the Smokey Anderson American Family Insurance Agency team in Waterloo, WI! Our dynamic and inclusive insurance office is looking to grow, and we need talented individuals like you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business, and employ consultative selling techniques.
• Follow a consistent sales process for all prospects, including quoting, sales tracking, application completion, and follow-up.
• Meet production requirements and goals set by the agent/office manager.
• Manage prospecting campaigns and actively seek new opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Understand and adhere to all underwriting and rating plans, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure all required documents are signed, filed, and submitted correctly.
• Communicate effectively through letters and correspondence.

• Willing to train the right candidate with excellent customer service skills and help them obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Must be willing to work in the office.
