Become an integral part of the Zachary Wilke Agency, LLC, affiliated with American Family Insurance, located in Janesville, WI!
As a sales representative, you'll be equipped to master the local market, uncover new business prospects, and employ consultative selling strategies that make a difference. This role offers competitive commissions as part of its compensation structure.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Two years in a sales-driven environment, showcasing skills in marketing, prospecting, networking, crafting quotes, and delivering impactful presentations
- Licensing: Prefer candidates who are already licensed. If you currently do not hold a license, you must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license . Licensing costs will be reimbursed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Paid Time Off
- Comprehensive Paid Training
- Base Pay of $35K/year plus commissions and bonus opportunities. If goals are met, the commission structure will increase after a year.
- Expect an uncapped earning potential, with projected annual earnings ranging from $35K to $65K, backed by a well-defined goal-oriented structure
