American Fence is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near La Vista, NE

American Fence Company is looking for a well-organized Operations Administrative Support position to provide support for the Director of Branch Operations and President of the company. This position will support conducting audits of branch processes, collecting information to branch performance, supporting the development of the company CRM and providing administrative support of presidential activities.

American Fence Company operates fifteen fence installation companies, two playground companies, a technical drilling company and one manufacturing company. All of these companies use similar processes and operations. Many of these processes function through our CRM and Director of Operations position.

American Fence Company has been providing quality fences for over 50 years. American Fence Company is one of the nation’s leading residential and commercial fence contractors.

  • Associate degree or two (2) years of college required (related experience may be substituted)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite along with a working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management processes
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of records management procedures.
  • Skills in operating office equipment.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Analytical thinking to solve problems and make data driven decisions.
  • Ability to remain flexible as daily priorities change.
  • Ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to think and act creatively when needed.
  • Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work with all types of people in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Specific Duties:

  • Maintains electronic and physical filing system.
  • Enters data from reports into computer system.
  • Entering and logging information into the appropriate software.
  • Auditing the branches for operational readiness.
  • Organizing and the setting up of Meetings and training events.
  • Process payables include invoices, Visa statement, hotel receipts and purchase orders.
  • Assists with written and verbal communications as needed.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes correspondence, including mail, & e-mail.
  • Work receives direction toward accomplishment of program or project objectives.
  • Work may involve many different or unrelated processes applied to project management which requires assessment of unusual circumstances, variations in approach, and incomplete or conflicting data.
  • Data analysis involves filtering the data, handling missing values and preparing the dataset for analysis.
  • Operational analysts focus on the company’s internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in testing new scopes of work for our CRM.
  • Performs administrative and office support activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $65,000-70,000 annually
