Day to day will consist of:

• Creating folders to follow our truckload shipments -requires being able to cross check information from
• Vendors to our data base as well as reconciling sales order to be sure shipments fully sold.
• Entering information into various computer programs at different stages
• Filing of documents to correspond to shipments-locating and pulling folders to process payments to truckers.
• Setting up payment of vendor invoices to correspond with purchases and shipments
• Making collection calls to customers
• Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and statements
• Apply cash receipts for daily deposit to invoices being paid
• Reconcile short pays based on paperwork from truck drivers and customers
• Update all spreadsheets used on daily basis to cross reference accounts payable and receivables and trucker
• Paperwork
• Receiving and opening daily mail and logging on spreadsheet

Duties may fluctuate on a daily basis depending on various workloads

May work independently or assist other coworkers on regular basis

Monday thru Friday Part time 10-3:30 with ½ hour lunch
