Summary: This role will deliver exceptional customer service through the completion of various tasks and will oversee culinary and service operations.
Responsibilities:  

• Supervise support staff with consistent training and coaching.
• Oversee food stations that include a deli, pizza, and grill station.
• Handle POS transactions and cash drawers and office tasks.
• Maintain cafe cleanliness while following all company safety protocols.
• Interact daily with guests while offering friendly and courteous service.

Qualifications: 

• 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Adhere to HAACP - Serve Safe Certification recommended.
• Proficient in POS and Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
