Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is well presented and that product is available for sale to the customer. The Warehouse Lead provides leadership to the warehouse team and provides supervision over merchandise deluxing and pricing operations. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising and directly participating in the delivery of merchandise to customer’s homes in self-delivery operated stores. The Warehouse Lead assists in supervising a team of hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present. Responsibilities & Duties: • Leads receiving and deluxing of merchandise throughout the unit to achieve business goals in expenses, payroll, safety and inventory shrink standards • Adheres to warehouse operational processes (receiving, replenishment, shipping) and ensures performance standards are met; Accountable for accuracy of receiving documents • Prices products per American Freight’s Pricing Guidelines • Leads warehouse associate training; assists in plans to improve performance • Responsible for providing excellent customer service and acting as Manager on Duty when store manager and ASM are not present • Responsible for maintaining facility brand standards • Can serve as a key carrier, performs store opening and closing tasks • Leads the delivery operation to ensure achievement of business goals in margin and customer experience • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Educational: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Has valid state issued Driver’s License and be DOT qualified to drive delivery vehicle Preferred Skills: • Strong execution, leadership, and organizational skills • Strong drive for results; action oriented • Computer literacy • Knowledge of warehouse and store operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
