A.G.E.S., Inc. has the following opportunity available at our headquarters in Canonsburg, PA:
Secretary / Administrative Assistant: This is a part-time position based in our Canonsburg location. The ideal candidatemust show skilled knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel. Basic accounting and QuickBooks experience a plus. We are looking for a dependable, fast-learning, independent worker able to multi-task and assist our admin team where needed.
You must be proficient in the following:
Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Adobe Professional. QuickBooks experience a plus.
