Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining sanitary condition of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans
- Maintains temperatures and ensures dishwasher has appropriate soap and drying agents
- Contributes to a clean, safe and sanitary work environment at all times
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Stocks delivered food and non-food items
- Empty and clean garbage bins and breakdown of all boxes
- Keeps kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and empty trash cans
- Cleans worktables, equipment, walls, refrigerator and other food prep surfaces
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
- Restock towel dispensers and soap dispensers
- Assist with food preparation as needed including washing, cutting, preparing and clean up
- Be flexible with other duties as assigned
- Current Food Handler's Card
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity
- Contribute to an incredible customer service experience
- Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
- Must be able to work on your feet and lift routine kitchen/food boxes, tools and equipment
- Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
