Overview: As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our security team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in security operations, and a commitment to excellence in protecting our organization.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security operations and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with management to assess security risks and implement effective security measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to security operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active security license in the state of Tennessee.
• Valid drivers license or ID.
• Valid Social security card.
• Prior security supervisor experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
