Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Provide emotional support and encouragement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable)
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Per diem, PRN

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
