Position Overview:Sales Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and developing Account Executives & Loan Officers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for identifying, researching, and sourcing potential recruits for our Wholesale/Retail Division
- Sales Recruiter will manage the pipeline of candidates including the contact, initial meetings and follow-up activities leading to the decision to make the potential candidate a firm offer of employment with American Heritage Lending
- Build a strong working relationship with Sales Leadership, and Executive team to understand their vision, core values and priorities for each market and candidate
- Maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn and all AHL recruiting platforms
- Validate potential candidate’s production using data sources (MMI)
- Turn in weekly scorecard to leadership with activities documented
- Understanding AHL Culture/Vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and Excel
- Excellent level of oral and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comparable recruiting experience required
- At least 1 year of sales recruiting experience required
- Frequently required to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, or squat
- Use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Reach with hands and arms
- Talk or hear
- Specific vision ability includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to analyze situations logically to identify causes and draw solid conclusions
- Ability to anticipate the consequences of a situation
- Ability to modify one’s own behavior to meet expectations of others
- Ability to sustain one’s own emotions from interfering with responding effectively to internal and external customer’s needs

Work Environment:This job operates in an office setting and largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment.
