We’re currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our facility and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents.
- Engage in prospective resident visits.
- Clean resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen service.
- Handle personal laundry service where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire building.
- Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
- Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable.
- Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Report areas or articles in need of repair to the Assistant Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
