Job Summary:American Income Life: AO is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join their award-winning agency support center in Redmond, Washington. The successful candidate will assist our industry-leading sales force through research, problem-solving, analytical reporting, and other administrative duties as needed.
This is a 'hands on' support role that includes high volume, daily interaction with the top leaders in our company. This is an entry level position with growth potential for a results-driven individual.
Qualifications:The successful candidate will have great communication skills (written & verbal), a strong work ethic, positive mindset, high energy, great attention to detail, strong computer skills, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook). This candidate will have complete ownership of the territories they support and have common sense in everyday business functions. College education is preferred.
Compensation:We are an equal opportunity employer and we offer competitive benefit packages including fully paid medical, dental and vision, and matching 401K after one year. Salary is DOE.
Status:Full-time job; 40 hours (Monday -- Friday; some weekend work when needed)
