Responsibilities:
• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a structure that includes Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stock Purchase Plan.
