Responsibilities and Duties
- Mentors clients/participants
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Provides client outreach, facilitates resources and conducts client surveys
- Facilitates/Co-facilitates classes
- Conducts client intake
- Attends compliance training
- Maintains regular communication with wellness team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Texas DL and proof of insurance
- Community Health Worker Certificate (Preferred)
- Ability to lift 5-10 pounds frequently, 10-50 pounds occasionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
