Job Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for our Youth Leadership Development Program which
employs an integrated approach to youth character development and Restorative Justice practices.
She/He will manage daily operations: provide staff direction, training and evaluation; develop and
maintain a running network of partners that support youth-parent engagement and create
meaningful youth enrichment opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Carries out timely, accurate and clear evaluation of program participants based on reporting
requirements determined by supervisory staff.
● Develop and implement methods for youth recruitment, coordination and screening prior
to scheduled sessions at their sites.
● Assists Community Engagement Manager in developing goals and objectives for the YLD
program.
● Facilitates youth healing circles.
● Cultivates strategic partnerships to support the success of the program, including those that
can support the social service plans.
● Develops and implements systems to collect accurate demographic and other contact
information required for program evaluation.
● Coordinates weekly meetings with necessary staff to create a shared plan of action.
Qualifications
● A Bachelor's Degree in social sciences with 2 years’ experience working with community
resources OR 5 years’ experience working within specified Communities.
● The ideal candidate will have some experience working with specialized youth,
Communities, Populations.
● Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license. Position also requires auto
insurance and reliable transportation.
● Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, internet and
willing to learn additional applications and communication software.
● Demonstrate cultural diversity awareness and the ability to work with a diverse population.
● Align with the operating values and mission of American Indians in Texas at the Spanish
Colonial Missions.

nonprofit organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
