Duties and Responsibilities:

 Estimate material, labor, overhead and other costs involved in new commercial

landscape and irrigation installations

 Assist in preparation of project documentation and submittal preparation

 Preparation of Qualification Statements and close out documents for projects

 Assist Vice President with project bids, contracts, policies and procedures

 Assist in communications with clients and project managers

 Prepare change orders and documentation of field changes

 Conduct weekly scheduling meeting with all project managers, superintendents

and management staff

 Keep job schedule report up to date

 Assist in verifying PO’s for invoices and subcontractor contracts

 Hold vendors accountable for price quotes and quantities on invoices and monitor

as invoices are received

 Audit all invoices for correct pricing, quantities and correct project code prior to

submittal to accounting

 Prepare credit applications for new supplier accounts
