Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual(Spanish) Warehouse Site Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a proven track record of success in a warehouse leadership role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and customers
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work.
• Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Other duties as assigned

Shift:

• Must be flexible and able to work 10-plus hours per day
• Start time is 3 pm

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak, understand)
• Must be able to work 10 hours per day
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
