American Lumper Service LLC is Hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Admin, Weekly Pay, $16/hr. Near Douglasville, GA

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse team and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the warehouse team
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
  • Prepare and process orders for shipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails 
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Conducting in-person and or phone interviews
  • Working with HR to process new hires and terminations
  • Tracking attendance and payroll
  • Extend job offers
  • Other duties as assigned

Shift:

M-F, 9 am-6 pm

Pay rate:

$16/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English(write, speak, understand)
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational
  • Time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tracking attendance and payroll
  • Adjusting times in the payroll system
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
