We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Clinic Sales Representative. This role primarily involves engaging potential clients over the phone to provide quotes, encourage booking procedures, and conducting consultations. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Sales Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss available procedures, provide accurate quotes, and promote the benefits of our medical services.

- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand the client's needs, address concerns, and recommend appropriate procedures.

- Booking Management: Effectively manage and schedule appointments for procedures, ensuring a seamless booking process for clients.

- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and secure bookings.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the clinic management.

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage over the phone.
