Adminstrator Needed For 2 Beautiful Facilities - LTC - Fowler, OH and Cortland, OH!!!

Salary: Up To $100K per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations at two facilities.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Qualifications of the Administrator:

• Must have Ohio Administrator license
• Must have prior experience as an Administrator
• Must have long-term care/skilled nursing experience
• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Proven Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
