Wound Care Nurse Needed- LTC - Warren, OH

*Salary: Up to $40/hr - Based On Experience*

Responsibilities:

• Identify, manage, and treat specific skin conditions, such as pressure injuries; diabetic, venous, or arterial ulcers; and traumatic or complicated wounds
• Provide wound care on assigned residents, in accordance with physician orders and appropriate techniques
• Complete a thorough and accurate wound assessment upon notification of wound
• Complete follow-up assessments weekly and as needed; document all assessments in the medical record

Requirements:

·Must have a valid Ohio RN license

·Must have a minimum 1-2 years of wound care experience

·Must have wound care experience in a long-term care setting

·Strong leadership skills in a healthcare setting

·Strong written and verbal skills
