Responsibilities:

• Be able to perform long term and short term projects.
• Assistants typically perform tasks requiring knowledge of Microsoft office and Gmail
• Photocopy documents/run errands (Must have own transportation)
• Perform Office duties delegated by Office Manager & Owner
• Provide administrative and clerical support for owner and admin staff
• Supports various office functions including but not limited to: preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments as they arise.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Willing to work Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Qualifications: Computer Skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)

• Accounting/budget experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
