**Overview:**

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and assisting in finding top talent for our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage in our seasonal employee scheduling, including scheduling, timekeeping, and overall experience.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential candidates

- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions

- Utilize recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow

- Support the coordination of interviews and assessment tests

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy

- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs

**Requirements:**

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn recruiting skills
