American Pool DMV is looking for a new Regional Aquatics Manager! We are a commercial aquatics organization overseeing over 500 aquatic facilities in the DMV area. This position is for IMMEDIATE hire and preference will be given to individuals with previous aquatic experience!

Responsible for the operation, oversight and management of 30 commercial aquatic facilities
· Manage the field operations team of supervisors, pool managers and lifeguards for designated aquatic sites
· Identify, propose and communicate sales of construction, parts and repairs at managed properties
· Respond to issues with clients, employees and site managers; Communicating solutions and soliciting feedback on responses

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
