The Tool Repair Customer Service Representative will process repair tickets/orders/warranties through the computers system. This position supports the American Producers Supply team by having excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Performs quality work to ensure customer satisfaction. Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, best practices, and instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem issues from direct supervisor. Assist with loading and unloading of material processes and packs repair orders for delivery or shipment to customer, puts away repair center inbound inventory.

Requirements:

• Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Works well with others
• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Attention to detail

Pay will be based on experience
