Summary:
Coordinate planning, customer service, process management, programmatic resource development, and external communications to enhance existing AQHF grant programs, explore new initiatives, and coordinate communications and resources available to member applicants and recipients.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Specific Knowledge:
Effective and skilled communicator with both written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving with solid deductive reasoning skills.
Strong team player with a drive to help others.
Outreach and relationship building skills through volunteer coordination or communications is preferred but not required.
IT/Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer relations management experience preferred.
Minimum Experience Required:
Experience working with higher education grant or scholarship management is preferred.
