Accounting Office Professional Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working in an Accounting role within an office setting
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help in any area of the business.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Accounting Office Professional Duties
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts, including HQ.
- Process incoming customer payments and vendor disbursements.
- Ensure timely updates of expense reports in Payroll system.
- Manage credit card payment reconciliation.
- Distribute account statements to customers and vendors as necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, vendors, and sales and service teams.
- Update and organize accounting files using software.
- Provide data for annual tax filings.
- Keep up the Sales database current.
- Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
